AmeriGlo Operator Night Sight Set, model, GL-146. For Glock models 17, 19, 22, 23, 24, 26, 27, 34, 35, 37, 38, and 39. Green front sight, Green rear sight.
The tritium based Operator sight has white outline on the front sight only. The rear sight does not have the white outlines forcing the shooter to concentrate on the front sight. They have also thinned the front sight to allow more daylight to be seen between the front and rear sight allowing for faster target acquisition. This sight is installed with either a MGW or Glock rear sight tool.

Decent night sights and I wanted to try the sights without the white outline on the rear dots adn this was the only choice. Not as bright as Meprolight, I would say, but a decent sight and easier to get proper alignment in a hurry, compared with teh 3-dot 3 white outline type sights.
