This front sight was exactly the right height to match the range of adjustment of the rear on my 17L Glock.

The design of the white ring around the tritium vial offers a sharper image than with Meprolight and even Trijicon brand sights. This helped my old eyes focus on the sight better. Also the narrow width offers better sight picture for me. The sight does, however, seem to fit more loosely in the Glock slide than Meps or Trijicons. For this reason, it requires more care to get the sight to fit securely in the slide. I definitely recommend using a threadlocker. Also the package is marked as if the sight has a width of .140", but fortunately it''s actually .125" as the site says.
